Kieran's Contracting, LLC replaced the aluminum siding and the asphalt shingles on our home in May, 2007 with Norandex Polarwall (insulated vinyl siding) and GAF 30 Year Timberline shingles.  Andrew McKinney, the Kieran's sales person, visited us multiple times to explain the process and close the sale.  He was friendly and professional and followed-up on our questions and concerns.

The Kieran's project manager, Lee, also was a helpful and friendly person. Lee contacted us when the materials and dumpster were to be delivered and when the crew was ready to begin the work.  He also made sure that all work was performed to local codes and followed up on any questions and concerns we had.

The crews that removed and replaced the old roof and siding took great pride in their work.  They were friendly, answered our questions (we spoke some Spanish with them), were courteous, did a quality job, sang pleasing Spanish songs together on the job, and properly cleaned the grounds when finished.  They even permitted us to take a photograph of them in front of our home.

I would recommend Kieran's to anyone needing to replace their roofing or siding, and I plan to call Kieran's again in the future should I need their services.

Highest praise to all - Sales Andrew McKinney who went out of his way to please my wife and myself to get the most agreeable price and schedule for re-construction.  I had siding and windows replaced.  He could not have been more accommodating, pleasant, and helpful during the entire re-construction and replacement.  I chose to upgrade siding, with Polar insulation and am so happy I did.  The house is quieter (no noise at all) and my power bills went down a lot!  No doubt this winter we will really tell the difference.  We had changed windows from crank out to double hung Gorell energy star tilt in and they are nice.  The carpenter (Coleman Carpentry) was th most patient, perfectionist, meticulous, man ever.  Every window is perfect.  It is not the same house (quieter and efficent).

Also I have to heap praise on Lee Youngman (project manager) who was so on top of everything.  He never missed a thing, from beginning to beyond the end.  He did so many things to please me.  The replacement of a attached shed was unbelievable.  Praised even by the chief Building Inspector.
